Thank you for pulling all of this information together. As a resident of the Silo neighborhood we’re interested in the development of the parcels around us. Have you also looked into the proposed echo suites development? All silo residents are very concerned about this proposed plan.
Thank you, Karen. I got lost somewhere in the dots...what effect will this have on wildlife in the area, and the wetland parcel? Thanks for all your coverage of these issues!
All we know is that the detention pond that is favored by wildlife will officially be part of the Tebo property rather than owned by Erie. There is a developer with a plan for the entire property, including that parcel.
Thank you Karen for your tireless work to help preserve Lafayette (from scheming developers). Do city leaders (?) take into account the traffic nightmare they will create at that small corner? (Arapahoe & 287) Rush hour traffic barely moves. Let’s see what the city plans for safety & traffic flow at that corner. Or will that be an afterthought?
I'm glad my reporting is useful! The developers are required to provide a traffic study, which is always the case with new developments. What effect that will have, I can't say.

In the latest plans it looks like they want to keep it a green space with trails around it.
They have been leaning that way since people began advocating for the wildlife there.

Thanks for producing the dots! Masterfully done.
Thanks Frank! I appreciate your kind words.
