So happy the small buildings will have businesses. Have been hoping for a local bakery. I know there is a bakery in the church building. I am not a fan. Glad the houses business will have a facelift. Thanks as always!

This is super interesting! Thank you for sharing. I've visited the Kalita Grill in Boulder several times - it's delicious and family-owned. I do wonder how it will impact Pita Grill, another good spot.

Glad you find it interesting! Kalita Grill was in the pipeline before Pita Grill came along. There is much to do to the building before they can open while Pita Grill just had to move into an already operable restaurant.

I did write about that almost a year ago in December 2023. :-) This piece is about what's coming.

Always informative. It will be interesting to see what goes into the King Soopers old location. The new location is disappointing in that they didn't take the opportunity to build a marketplace store. It strikes me as highly likely that we will loose all the Kroeger grocery stores once they'll built out their marketplace locations. In the coming decade Kroeger are increasingly having problems competing with Amazon, Walmart, Target and cheap household items and fast fashion all made overseas is where the profit will increasingly come from.

It will be interesting to see what happens after the merger is decided.
