That's the developer that did the awful work on the pork chop for the south pillar that caused damage. I don't think they could be trusted. I think the pillars need to be in a location that is public so they can be maintained. If they go into a private location it opens up another can of worms.
I don't know if it is ironic, or just frustrating, but making such a big deal out of being passionately inspired by the pillars to land the project, then disrespecting them so thoughtlessly when it came time to move dirt.
