I don't follow Erie government closely so I don't know if there are plans for affordable beyond inspirational. I know during a joint Lafayette and Erie councils' workshop a couple of years back an Erie planning staff member said Erie had no affordable housing.
There are no counts on where people are from when moving into Willoughby Corner and beyond knowing when all units are rented I don't expect there to be any. Today is the opening day to get on the waitlist so nothing is happening regarding actual rentals yet.
Willoughby Corner is a partnership between Lafayette and Boulder County, Erie has no role in it even if Erie residents move there. They can't count affordable units in Lafayette as theirs.
Regarding Erie, & affordable housing:
Since Erie signed into IGA in 2020, are there plans (and Erie land) for affordable housing to meet Erie's goals?
Also, any count of Erie folks moving into Willoughby Corner? Can Erie count that as supplying affordable housing (& community)?
Thanks!

Hope that helps!
